It's a matter of days before the apple festival season starts! There's a festival on my street, isn't it just a beautiful site...people pay to walk into an orchard!

There are over 7,000 types of apples....mine of course, is the most expensive per pound, Honey Crisp....(yummmm, yummmm). Can be quite confusing the certain types, their purposes, the origin....I found this very interesting!
This year, I'm determined to back my first apple pie from scratch!!!
