It's Mid-Leaf Peeping Season in the Hudson Valley

Everyone is so busy this time of year, and there are so many wonderful things to do in the Hudson Valley.  Many of them involve being outside in the crisp air, surrounded by the colors of autumn.  This weekend is midway in the leaf-peeping season, so if you get a chance, grab a sweater and head outside.  You can even just look from your window or porch, as I did when I took this picture looking towards the Wallkill River from our back porch yesterday.

For the latest report on the fall foliage here in the Hudson Valley and all of New York State, look here, at the I Love NY website.

ps  The autumn leaves always look so much better when they're on the trees, than they do on your lawn waiting to be raked up.
