Is this cake not amazing!? The Adams bakers truly outdid themselves. Good thing I was not in charge of cutting it--imagine being the one to cut the first slice! Shudder. Anyway, the cake was just part of the wonderful festivities this past Friday at Adams Fairacre Farms' 100th Anniversary celebration!
A huge crowd came to join in the festivities and demonstrate their appreciation for Adams and the whole Adams family.
The Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce was on hand for a special Centennial Ribbon Cutting, along with a number of local dignitaries and elected officials.
