Do You Regret Buying Your Current House?

US-REALESTATE-CONSTRUCTION

Living the "American dream" and buying a house seems great . . . but does it STAY great?

According to a new survey, 15.3% of Americans who own a home say they now REGRET buying it.

And you're more likely to regret it if . . .

1. Your house is small. The smaller it is, the more likely you are to regret it. This one hits close to home (no pun intended) as my wife and I – and I’m finding there are many other folks who did this as well – bought our home right before the housing market crash of 2007 so we not only have what we hoped would be a “starter home” but we are underwater in it as we paid way more than what it’s worth now. STINKS!!!!

2. You spent under $100,000 or more than $900,000 on a house.

3. And people who took on a second part-time or even full-time job to buy the home are most likely to regret it.
