POUGHKEEPSIE – PoughkeepsiePolice are investigating an altercation that occurred around 9 p.m.Monday night that sent one man to the hospital.
An argument between two men led to one of them being stabbed. The fight took place on the 300 block of Main Street.
The victim, a Poughkeepsie resident,was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Sources say that a “person of interest” has been detained by police as part of their investigation.
