Highland man arrested on several charges

HIGHLAND – A 37-year-old Highland man has been arrested on several outstanding warrants from numerous police agencies in Ulster and Orange counties.
Lloyd Town Police arrested Francis Reyes on the warrants including for obstructing governmental administration from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office; for misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance from City of Newburgh Police; and a bench warrant for trespass and criminal contempt from Town of New Paltz Police.
Reyes was arrested and turned over to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office in their warrant.
