Some fans of Disney World are dedicated, but few love the House of Mouse enough to donate plasma up to twice a week to help cover the costs of visiting every month. 28-year-old Liz Gramlich does exactly that to meet her goal of flying from Philadelphia to Orlando with her sister once a month.

She says she makes between $500 and $1k every month by donating her plasma, being paid by the clinic for her time and not the plasma. Many of the trips she’s made were just for the day, flying the two hours there, spending the day, and then flying back. The sisters already have their April trip booked.
