A Florida woman is trying to sweeten the deal on a house she’s trying to sell, listing it with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a pool, a hot tub, and a Richard. 43-year-old Crystal Ball and her ex-husband Richard Chaillou are on good terms, and they decided to have some fun with the house listing.
The property is on the market for $699k, but the price could be reduced if Chaillou is allowed to stay. The property’s listing includes pictures of her ‘wonderfully rehabbed ex-husband’ posing in various spots around the house and says he’ll help cook, clean, and manage repairs for the buyer. Ball says she’s gotten positive responses to the listing so far.
